Giving individuals the tools they need to reach their academic and professional goals
Who I am.
I spent my career working with adults in formal and non-formal learning environments. As a former department chair and dean, I guided and advised learners on the journey to academic and personal success. I use a holistic approach focused on each learner’s uniqueness: their motivations, goals, and barriers, and I challenge them by giving them the tools and support to see their full potential.

As a professional development facilitator, I have led seminars on legal issues, DEI, and adult learners for higher education leaders. I create a learning environment that makes topics relatable and easy to understand. In addition, my engaging personality makes controversial topics engaging and informative.
